It's been all go here at Fresh Element for the last few months. We barely had time to pack away the Christmas tree and sweep up the tinsel before the phones started ringing again! Here's some highlights...
2008 Menus
At the start of every year we all sit down in the Fresh Element kitchen and redesign our menus.
Starting with the feedback forms from our previous clients and working with our local suppliers, we build our dishes around the best ingredients available. We've added more choice to our most popular options and simplified some of our packages to make them easier to price up and more flexible.
You can view or download our menus, or if you'd like a hard copy just get in touch and we'll post one out to you. We'd also love to know your first impressions of the new menus, so if there's anything you'd like to see different, please feel free to get in touch.
Summer Jobs
We're busier than ever this yeah and are always on the lookout for great service staff. If you're available to work in and around Newcastle and Northumberland this Summer and have experience in food and drink service, we'd love to hear from you.

Spring Chickens
Typical. You wait four years for one, then two come along at once. With the imminent arrival of the first (and second) Fresh Element babies, we'd like to say a big congratulations to (Corporate Client Manager) Gemma and (Kitchen Assistant) Ghislain.
Ghislain's baby is expected any day now and Gemma's is due in June, so we wish them the best of luck!
